I AM A PROFESSIONAL

For installers, please contact your usual distributor. We can also put you in touch with a distributor in your area. Contact us if you need one.

For distributors, please contact the VMI sales representative of your area. If you don’t know who your contact is, we’ll be happy to help, just contact us.

The guarantee takes effect automatically on the date of invoicing of the products, for a period of:

  • – 5 years for positive input ventilation (PIV), decentralised ventilation with heat recovery (dMVHR) and exhaust fans.
  • – 2 years for other products and accessories.

For professionals only, you should contact your local VMI sales representative. In the event of a breakdown, you can contact us and request the after-sales service.

The guarantee is linked to your ventilation system and still applies even if your installer is no longer active.
